DC WISE Organization – DC WISE, Inc (DC Women In Solidarity for Empowerment) is a non-profit organization committed to investing in and enhancing organizations that positively impact the lives of women and children in the District of Columbia.
DC WISE was created by a group of like-minded women to raise funds for service organizations serving at-risk and disadvantaged women and children in Washington, DC.
Each year, DC WISE makes a 3-year commitment to a new partner organization to provide unrestricted funds to support their operations and programming. By supporting our partners through unrestricted funds we enable our partners to make nimble financial decisions – whether to add a staff member, fund a new program, or fill in the gaps where the city’s budget falls short.
